Biography

Mathematics educator and researcher with over twenty years of teaching experience, specializing in advanced mathematical concepts and curriculum design. My teaching portfolio encompasses a wide range of undergraduate and advanced mathematics courses, including Calculus, Analytical Geometry, Mathematical Language, Complex and Real Analysis, Differential Equations, and Linear Algebra. I adopt a student-centered approach, emphasizing conceptual understanding, real-world relevance, and the cultivation of logical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Currently, I am an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Coppin State University, where I teach Basic Statistics (MATH 203), Math for Elementary Teachers I (MATH 103), Math for Elementary Teachers II (MATH 104), and mentor undergraduates.

Alongside teaching, I maintain an active research profile, with over 43 high-impact international journal publications that reflect my commitment to advancing mathematical knowledge.

My scholarly pursuits center around chaos synchronization, control theory, and the application of Lyapunov stability analysis to chaotic systems. I have conducted pioneering research in developing novel nonlinear feedback controllers and designing suitable Lyapunov function candidates for synchronizing and stabilizing chaotic systems. I maintain a strong research profile with more than 43 publications in high-impact international journals, underscoring my commitment to advancing knowledge in mathematical sciences.
